17th NACACTFCA CONGRESS IN SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR
The Congress theme was Practical Training Development, and the theme of periodization was set by all speakers. Boo Schexnayder, Jerry Clayton, Victor Lopez, and Les Gramantik each gave an opening presentation in their specific event area and then led practical sessions at the national track and discussed more training and technical development in sessions at the hotel.
